JASON STATHAM Jason Statham was born on July 26, 1967 in Shirebrook, Derbyshire, England. He spent 12 years on the British national diving team. He studies martial arts, and performs his own fight and stunt sequences. His debut role was in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, followed by Snatch and The Italian Job. He played the lead role in The Transporter franchise, and in the action film Crank and sequel. In The Expendables series, he played a former soldier and expert at knife combat. He played an elite hitman in The Mechanic and sequel. He starred in the police drama Blitz, the action film Killer Elite, and played the criminal antihero Parker. He played Deckard Shaw at the end of Fast & Furious 6 and in Furious 7 and The Fate of the Furious. For his current role in The Meg he practiced swimming with bull sharks.
JOHN MALKOVICH John Gavin Malkovich was born on December 9, 1953 in Christopher, Illinois. He majored in theater at Illinois State University, and became a charter member of Chicago’s Steppenwolf Theatre. His film debut was in Places in the Heart, followed by The Killing Fields and The Glass Menagerie. He portrayed the sinister and sensual Valmont in Dangerous Liaisons. He played Lennie in Of Mice and Men, a psychotic political assassin in Clint Eastwood’s In the Line of Fire, and the sinister Kurtz in the TV movie Heart of Darkness. In Being John Malkovich, he played a slight variation of himself. He took the title role in Ripley’s Game and played a mentalist in The Great Buck Howard. He portrayed Quentin Turnbull in Jonah Hex, and Lucien Laurin in Secretariat. He currently stars in Mile 22.
