LUKE PERRY Coy Luther Perry III was born in 1966 in Mansfield, Ohio. Moving to Los Angeles after high school, his first appearances included a music video for Twisted Sister’s “Be Chrool To Your Scuel” and daytime soaps Loving and Another World. He is perhaps best known as brooding bad boy teen Dylan McKay on 90’s TV series Beverly Hills 90210, and most recently as Archie’s father Fred Andrews in Riverdale. Perry was also no stranger to the big screen, with roles in popular films such as The Fifth Element, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and 8 Seconds. He also did voice work for numerous animated series (and played as himself in some), such as The Simpsons, Johnny Bravo and Family Guy. Perry passed away on March 4, 2019 at age 52 due to complications from a stroke. His final role will be as actor Wayne Maunder in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood this summer.
TARAJI P. HENSON Taraji Penda Henson was born on September 11, 1970 in Washington, D.C. She studied acting at Howard University, had guest-roles on several TV shows, and made her breakthrough in Baby Boy. She played a sex-worker in Hustle & Flow and a single mother of a disabled child in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Henson acted in Tyler Perry’sThe Family That Preys and I Can Do Bad All By Myself. She appeared in the remake of The Karate Kid and in Think Like a Man (and sequel). She starred in TV series The Division, Boston Legal, Eli Stone, Person of Interest and Empire. She received praise for her starring role in Hidden Figures. She played a hit woman in Proud Mary, a faithful wife in Acrimony and a female sports agent in What Men Want. Henson currently portrays a civil rights activist in The Best of Enemies.
